Day 11- We chill.

Ryan and I decided to take a day of rest. Probably not the greatest idea since we'll be out of town this weekend and won't get to workout again until Sunday evening. Regardless, there was no Insanity today!

I did some arm exercises with free weights and floor ab exercises on my own.

L: buffalo turkey tacos
D: 2 bowls chicken carbonara, chianti

Callie Food Log

B: organic yogurt
S: clementine, almonds
L: soup/salad/sandwich at cafe express
S: doubletree cookie (RHETT is trying to sabotage my diet!)
D: very small portion of chicken carbonara from central market, one michelob ultra
